Every in-stock order we received by 12:00pm(EST) Monday-Friday ships out the very next day (depending on payment, see below).

All merchandise is shipped UPS and are charged at time of check-out according to package weight, size and location of delivery. There is NO deliver to PO Boxes.

If merchandise can not go UPS but rather United Post Office, these orders will be shipped by standard ground and charged accordingly without notification. United Post Office deliveries have no guarantee time in transit and are shipped at the consumers own risk. Lost shippments through United Post Offices are not available for investigation for at least 30 days.

At this time all merchandise is shipped flat rate according merchandise spent, $0.01 to $49.99 fee = $10.95; $50.00 to $99.99 fee = $12.60; $100.00 to $249.99 = $18.65; $250.00 to $399.99 = $19.65; $400.00 and up fee = Free. There is NO deliver to PO Boxes.

TIME FRAME/PAYMENT

Payment must be made in U.S. Funds by personal check, money order or charge by Visa or MasterCard. Credit card orders are usually shipped within 48 hours of receipt of order, if items are in stock. All other payments, expect delivery in 1-3 weeks from the time we receive payment, so payment can clear. When your order has left our store, you will be notified with a "Delivered" e-mail. This e-mail DOES NOT mean you have received your order - it only means your order has left our location and is in transit to you. At this point, you can expect your order within five(5) business days.

RETURN PROCEDURE

The following applies to Coin sales only: You have a seven(7) day return privilege from the day you receive your coin/s. Postage, insurance and handling is to be paid by you. Coins MUST be returned in the original holder and not opened or tampered with. Upon expiration of seven(7) days, all rights of return shall expire and no returns will be accepted. Buyers who excessively return coins may result in having their account canceled at RMJ Enterprises, Inc. sole discretion. The buyer will be notified with a warning prior to account being canceled.

The following applies to all other merchandise (besides Coins): You have 30 days to return merchandise in resellable condition. Please call to receive a return code. Then on invoice received with order, please reference back to this code and tell us why you are returning the merchandise and what exchange or adjustment you desire. Return merchandise insured to us within the time frame. Please note we do NOT accept returns on any publication material, or dollhouses and furniture kits that have been opened. Merchandise MUST be in resellable condition or there will be a 15% restocking charge deducted from any adjustment given.

DAMAGED ORDERS

If your order is damaged or flawed in any way, save the original packing merchandise for inspection and contact us by mail, phone or e-mail. Only in this way can you be assured of receiving credit for broken goods. Do not return to us.
